In a bowl:
1 T chia seeds
1 T Phyto Pro Pea Protein Isolate Powder
1 T sunflower seeds
1 T pumpkin seeds
2 t tahini or nut butter
1/2 t cinnamon powder
2 t agave / honey / xylitol
1/4 t Himalayan Salt

Method:
Add and whisk for 60 seconds:
50ml lukewarm water
200ml Organic Rice Milk / Almond Milk

Garnish:
Chopped Berries and Nuts
