Chickpea chocolate chip cookies
1 can KOO Chickpeas, drained
1/3 cup oat flour (ground oats)
100 g KOO Apple Sauce
½ cup sweetener
½ tsp cinnamon
1/8 – ¼ tsp salt
½ tsp bicarbonate of soda
1 tsp vanilla (optional)
Food processor, baking tray
Heat the oven to 180°C. Grease and Line baking tray.
Add all of the ingredients, except chocolate chips, into a food processor. Blend until smooth.
Scoop out spoonfuls of the mixture onto baking foil/paper.
Top with chocolate chips and bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 175°C until golden.
Allow to cool and firm up before serving.
