Enigma Private Estate racks up over R200 million in 4 months

Enigma Private Estate has achieved a new sales milestone, maintaining its pole position as the fastest selling estate in the greater Umhlanga area. With 60% officially sold, this means that within only 4 months since launching, Umhlanga’s definitive gated address has reached over a staggering R200 million in sales.

“A significant amount of research has gone into the creation of Enigma Private Estate, and one obvious factor is that there is undoubtedly a huge need for more secure lifestyle estate offerings in the Umhlanga area. In many cases, like seen with the quick uptake of Enigma Private Estate; you can see that there are not enough estates to keep up with the demand.” says Stefan Botha, Director of Rainmaker Marketing.

Botha continues, “Enigma Private Estate is a prime example of how well a great location, combined with freehold estate living and a convenient lifestyle offering can be received in this suburb. Umhlanga has become a playground for the affluent, and over the years has gone from being viewed as a little village to a bustling, prominent suburb within Umhlanga and South Africa as a whole.

Private Property statistics over the last 2-years shows the average price increase of 21% in the Umhlanga area. This will increase substantially with the inclusion of Enigma Private Estate. “Research suggests that buyers are willing to pay more to ensure they can live in a secure estate in a prime location, and we see this ever-clearer in the interest from captains of industry flocking to secure an opportunity within Enigma Private Estate,” Botha concludes.

With the rate of sales and construction set to begin early in 2018, it is foreseen that the timelines for Enigma Private Estate will continue as planned.
