Shamen Reddi of Impulse by the Sea’s prawn curry recipe
1 medium onion chopped
4-5 green chillies
6-8 grated tomatoes
¼ tsp turmeric
3T fish masala
I t mustard seeds
Prawns deveined and shelled
- Heat oil in a pot
- Add mustard seeds until they splutter
- Sauté onions ,add ginger/garlic ,chillies
- Add tomatoes,turmeric,masala
- Lower temperature and simmer. Add salt to taste.
- Add prawns and cook for a further 10 mins
- Garnish with coriander and serve.
