Shoreline Sibaya breaks ground in record time

Just six months ago, Shoreline Sibaya was introduced as Sibaya Coastal Precinct’s first retirement estate. Since their May launch, Shoreline Sibaya has reached over R300 million in sales and sold 54% of the first phase. Today marks another significant milestone for Shoreline Sibaya as they officially break ground
